Keto Salmon Burgers with Mash and Lemon Butter is a delicious and nutritious meal that is perfect for those following a keto diet. This recipe is packed with healthy fats and proteins, and is low in carbohydrates.

  1. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
  2. In a food processor, combine the salmon fillets, egg, almond flour, lemon zest, and salt and pepper. Pulse until well combined.
  3. Form the mixture into patties and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the patties are golden brown and cooked through.
  5. While the patties are baking, steam the cauliflower until it is soft.
  6. Mash the cauliflower with the butter and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper.
  7. Serve the salmon burgers on top of the mashed cauliflower and drizzle with the lemon butter.
