Keto Salmon Burgers with Mash and Lemon Butter is a delicious and nutritious meal that is perfect for those following a keto diet. This recipe is packed with healthy fats and proteins, and is low in carbohydrates.
Ingredients[edit | edit source]
- 2 salmon fillets
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
- 1/2 lemon, zested
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 head cauliflower
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions[edit | edit source]
- Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
- In a food processor, combine the salmon fillets, egg, almond flour, lemon zest, and salt and pepper. Pulse until well combined.
- Form the mixture into patties and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the patties are golden brown and cooked through.
- While the patties are baking, steam the cauliflower until it is soft.
- Mash the cauliflower with the butter and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve the salmon burgers on top of the mashed cauliflower and drizzle with the lemon butter.
