Keto Salmon Pesto Spinach[edit | edit source]

  1. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. Season the salmon with salt and pepper.
  4. Spread the pesto sauce evenly over each salmon fillet.
  5. Bake the salmon in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  6. While the salmon is baking, heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  7. Add the spinach to the skillet and cook until wilted, about 2-3 minutes.
  8. Serve the baked salmon over the wilted spinach.
