Keto salmon pesto spinach
Keto Salmon Pesto Spinach[edit | edit source]
Ingredients[edit | edit source]
- 4 salmon fillets
- 2 cups of fresh spinach
- 1/2 cup of pesto sauce
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions[edit | edit source]
- Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Season the salmon with salt and pepper.
- Spread the pesto sauce evenly over each salmon fillet.
- Bake the salmon in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
- While the salmon is baking, heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the spinach to the skillet and cook until wilted, about 2-3 minutes.
- Serve the baked salmon over the wilted spinach.
