Keto Salmon with Broccoli and Cheese[edit | edit source]
Ingredients[edit | edit source]
- 2 Salmon fillets
- 1 cup of Broccoli florets
- 1/2 cup of shredded Cheese
- 1 tablespoon of Olive Oil
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions[edit | edit source]
- Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Drizzle the olive oil over the salmon fillets and season with salt and pepper.
- Bake the salmon in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes.
- While the salmon is baking, steam the broccoli until it is tender.
- Once the salmon is done, remove it from the oven and top each fillet with the steamed broccoli and shredded cheese.
- Return the salmon to the oven and bake for an additional 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
