Keto Sausage Rolls[edit | edit source]

Keto Sausage Rolls are a delicious and healthy alternative to traditional sausage rolls. They are low in carbs, high in protein and perfect for those following a Ketogenic diet.

Instructions[edit | edit source]

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the ground sausage, almond flour, mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Divide the mixture into 8 equal portions and shape each portion into a log.
  4. Place the logs onto the prepared baking tray and brush each log with a beaten egg.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
  6. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
