Ingredients[edit | edit source]
- 1 lb of Shrimp
- 1 can of Artichoke Hearts
- 2 cloves of Garlic
- 1 Lemon
- 2 tbsp of Olive Oil
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- Fresh Parsley for garnish
Instructions[edit | edit source]
- Start by heating the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- Add the garlic and sauté until it becomes fragrant.
- Add the shrimp to the pan and cook until they turn pink.
- Drain the artichoke hearts and add them to the pan. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- Squeeze the juice of one lemon over the shrimp and artichokes. Stir to combine.
