Keto spinach dip

A delicious and healthy Keto friendly spinach dip that is perfect for any occasion. This recipe is easy to make and is packed with nutrients.
Ingredients[edit | edit source]
- 2 cups of fresh spinach
- 1 cup of cream cheese
- 1/2 cup of mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions[edit | edit source]
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- In a large bowl, combine the spinach, cream cheese, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, and minced garlic. Mix until all ingredients are well combined.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
- Serve warm with your favorite keto-friendly snacks.
