Keto Tuna Casserole[edit | edit source]
This is a recipe for a delicious and healthy Keto Tuna Casserole. It's perfect for those following a Ketogenic diet and is packed with protein and healthy fats.
Ingredients[edit | edit source]
- 2 cans of Tuna
- 1 cup of Cauliflower (riced)
- 1 cup of Cheese (shredded)
- 1/2 cup of Heavy cream
- 1/2 cup of Mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup of Celery (chopped)
- 1/4 cup of Onion (chopped)
- 1/4 cup of Green bell pepper (chopped)
- 1/2 teaspoon of Garlic powder
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions[edit | edit source]
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- In a large bowl, mix together the tuna, riced cauliflower, half of the shredded cheese, heavy cream, mayonnaise, celery, onion, green bell pepper, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the mixture into a casserole dish and top with the remaining shredded cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
