  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

  3. In the same skillet, add the cream cheese, chicken broth, heavy cream, garlic powder, and onion powder. Stir until the cream cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth.

  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste, and garnish with the chopped parsley before serving.
