Ingredients[edit | edit source]
- 1 lb turkey breast
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 1/2 cup Broccoli
- 1/2 cup Cauliflower
- 1/2 cup Spinach
- 1 tbsp Butter
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions[edit | edit source]
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Rub the turkey breast with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Place the turkey in the oven and roast for about 1 hour, or until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees Fahrenheit.
- While the turkey is roasting, steam the broccoli and cauliflower until they are tender.
- Sauté the spinach in butter until it is wilted.
- Once the turkey is done, let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
- Serve the turkey with the steamed vegetables and sautéed spinach.
