Keto Western Omelet is a delicious and nutritious breakfast option for those following a Keto diet. It's packed with protein and healthy fats, and is low in carbs.

  1. In a bowl, beat the eggs until well mixed. Set aside.
  2. In a non-stick skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
  3. Add the diced bell peppers and onion to the skillet and sauté until they are soft and slightly caramelized.
  4. Add the diced ham to the skillet and continue to sauté until the ham is heated through.
  5. Pour the beaten eggs over the ham and vegetables in the skillet. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  6. Cook the omelet until the eggs are set, then sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the top.
  7. Fold the omelet in half and continue to cook until the cheese is melted.
  8. Serve the Keto Western Omelet hot.
