This is a delicious and healthy recipe for Low Carb Avocado Hummus. It's perfect for those following a keto diet as it's high in healthy fats and low in carbs.
Ingredients[edit | edit source]
- 1 avocado
- 1 can of chickpeas
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 2 tablespoons of tahini
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish

- Drain and rinse the chickpeas.
- In a food processor, combine the chickpeas, avocado, garlic, tahini, lemon juice, and olive oil.
- Process until smooth.
