- 4 medium apples
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 1/4 cup erythritol
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions[edit | edit source]
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Core the apples, leaving the bottom intact.
- In a bowl, combine the almond flour, coconut oil, erythritol, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
- Stuff each apple with the mixture.
- Place the apples in a baking dish and bake for 30-40 minutes, or until the apples are tender.
