Instructions[edit | edit source]

  1. Brown the ground beef in a pan over medium heat. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. While the beef is cooking, prepare the pico de gallo by combining the tomatoes, onion, jalapeno, cilantro, lime juice, and salt in a bowl. Mix well and set aside.
  3. Warm the low-carb tortillas in a dry skillet over medium heat.
  4. Assemble the burritos by placing a portion of the cooked beef on each tortilla. Top with shredded cheese, lettuce, avocado slices, and a generous spoonful of pico de gallo.
  5. Roll up the burritos and serve immediately.
