Low Carb Beef Rydberg is a delicious and nutritious keto friendly recipe. It is a Swedish dish that is traditionally made with potatoes, onions, and beef. However, this version substitutes the potatoes with turnips to make it low carb and keto friendly.

Instructions[edit | edit source]

  1. Cut the beef into cubes and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Peel and cut the turnips into cubes.
  3. Chop the onion and garlic.
  4. Heat the butter in a pan and fry the beef until it's browned on all sides.
  5. Remove the beef from the pan and set it aside.
  6. In the same pan, add more butter if needed, and fry the turnips until they are golden brown.
  7. Add the onion and garlic to the pan and continue to fry until they are soft.
  8. Return the beef to the pan and mix everything together.
  9. Garnish with parsley before serving.
