Low Carb Beef Skewers with Onions is a delicious and healthy keto friendly recipe. It is easy to prepare and perfect for a quick dinner or a BBQ party.

  • 500g beef cut into cubes
  • 2 large onions, cut into chunks
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes

Instructions[edit | edit source]

  1. In a large bowl, combine the beef, onions, garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Mix well to ensure the beef and onions are well coated.
  2. Thread the beef and onions onto the skewers, alternating between the two.
  3. Preheat your grill or BBQ to medium heat.
  4. Grill the skewers for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the beef is cooked to your desired level of doneness.
  5. Serve immediately.
