Low Carb Beef Stroganoff is a delicious and healthy alternative to traditional beef stroganoff. This recipe is perfect for those following a keto diet as it is low in carbs and high in protein and healthy fats.

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the beef strips and cook until browned. Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add the onion, garlic, and mushrooms. Cook until the onions are translucent and the mushrooms are tender.
  4. Add the beef broth to the skillet and bring to a simmer.
  5. Return the beef to the skillet and stir in the sour cream. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Simmer for a few minutes until the sauce has thickened.
  7. Serve the Low Carb Beef Stroganoff over cauliflower rice or zucchini noodles for a complete keto meal.
