Low Carb Blueberry Chaffles are a delicious and easy-to-make keto friendly recipe. They are perfect for breakfast or as a snack and are packed with healthy nutrients.
Ingredients[edit | edit source]
- 1/2 cup of Almond Flour
- 1/4 cup of Blueberries
- 1/2 teaspoon of Baking Powder
- 1 tablespoon of Erythritol
- 1/2 teaspoon of Vanilla Extract
- 2 Eggs
- 1/2 cup of shredded Mozzarella Cheese
Instructions[edit | edit source]
- Preheat your Waffle Iron.
- In a bowl, mix together the almond flour, baking powder, and erythritol.
- Add the eggs and vanilla extract to the mixture and stir until well combined.
- Fold in the blueberries and mozzarella cheese.
- Pour the batter into the preheated waffle iron and cook for about 5 minutes, or until the chaffles are golden brown and crispy.
- Serve warm with your favorite keto friendly toppings.
