This is a delicious and nutritious keto friendly recipe for a Low Carb Blueberry Smoothie. It's perfect for a quick breakfast or a refreshing snack.
Ingredients[edit | edit source]
- 1 cup of Almond Milk
- 1/2 cup of fresh or frozen Blueberries
- 1 tablespoon of Chia Seeds
- 1 tablespoon of Almond Butter
- 1 scoop of Protein Powder (optional)
- Ice Cubes (optional)
Instructions[edit | edit source]
- Pour the almond milk into a Blender.
- Add the blueberries, chia seeds, almond butter, and protein powder (if using).
- Blend until smooth. If the smoothie is too thick, add more almond milk or water until desired consistency is reached.
- If you prefer your smoothie cold, add ice cubes and blend again.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy!
