Low carb broccoli mash is a delicious and nutritious keto friendly side dish. It's easy to prepare and perfect for those following a low carb or keto diet.
Ingredients[edit | edit source]
- 1 large head of broccoli
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1/4 cup of cream cheese
- 1/4 cup of Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
Instructions[edit | edit source]
- Cut the broccoli into florets and steam until tender.
- While the broccoli is steaming, mince the garlic.
- In a large bowl, combine the steamed broccoli, minced garlic, cream cheese, and Parmesan cheese.
- Use a hand blender or food processor to blend the ingredients until smooth.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Drizzle with olive oil before serving.
