Low Carb Cauliflower Cheese is a delicious and nutritious keto friendly dish. It's a perfect side dish or a main meal for those following a low-carb diet or keto diet.

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Cut the cauliflower into florets and steam until just tender.
  3. In a saucepan, heat the double cream and garlic until hot but not boiling.
  4. Add the grated cheese to the cream and stir until melted.
  5. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Place the steamed cauliflower in a baking dish and pour over the cheese sauce.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
