Low carb chia pudding is a delicious and nutritious keto friendly dessert that is easy to prepare. It is packed with fiber, protein, and healthy fats, making it a perfect choice for those following a ketogenic diet.

- 3 tablespoons of chia seeds
- 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tablespoon of erythritol or other keto-friendly sweetener
- 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- A pinch of salt
- Optional toppings: berries, nuts, cocoa nibs, coconut flakes
