Low Carb Chicken Milanese with Turnip Fries and BBQ Dip[edit | edit source]

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  3. In a shallow dish, mix the almond flour and parmesan cheese.
  4. Dip the chicken breasts in the beaten egg, then coat with the almond flour mixture.
  5. Place the chicken on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden and cooked through.
  6. While the chicken is baking, toss the turnip fries in olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  7. Spread the fries out on a separate baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until crispy.
  8. Serve the chicken milanese with the turnip fries and a side of sugar-free BBQ sauce for dipping.
