This is a delicious and easy-to-make keto friendly dessert. It's perfect for those who are on a low carb diet and have a sweet tooth.

  1. In a large bowl, whip the heavy cream until it forms soft peaks.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix together the cocoa powder, erythritol, vanilla extract, and salt.
  3. Gradually add the cocoa mixture to the whipped cream, while continuing to whip until stiff peaks form.
  4. Spoon the mousse into serving dishes and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
