Low carb chocolate mousse
Low Carb Chocolate Mousse[edit | edit source]
This is a delicious and easy-to-make keto friendly dessert. It's perfect for those who are on a low carb diet and have a sweet tooth.
Ingredients[edit | edit source]
- 1 cup of heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons of unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 tablespoon of erythritol (or any other keto-friendly sweetener)
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- A pinch of salt
Instructions[edit | edit source]
- In a large bowl, whip the heavy cream until it forms soft peaks.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the cocoa powder, erythritol, vanilla extract, and salt.
- Gradually add the cocoa mixture to the whipped cream, while continuing to whip until stiff peaks form.
- Spoon the mousse into serving dishes and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
