Low Carb Chocolate Peppermint Cheesecake Mousse[edit | edit source]

This is a delicious and easy to make keto friendly dessert that is perfect for the holiday season or any time you want a sweet treat. The combination of chocolate and peppermint is a classic one that is sure to please everyone.

  1. In a large bowl, beat the heavy cream until it forms soft peaks.

  3. Add the erythritol, cocoa powder, peppermint extract, and vanilla extract to the cream cheese and beat until well combined.
  4. Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until well combined.
  5. Spoon the mousse into serving dishes and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
  6. Garnish with dark chocolate shavings before serving, if desired.
