Low Carb Coconut Instant Pot Yogurt is a delicious, keto-friendly recipe that is easy to prepare and packed with probiotics. This recipe uses an Instant Pot for convenience, but it can also be made in a traditional yogurt maker.

  1. Pour the coconut milk into the Instant Pot.
  2. Sprinkle the gelatin over the coconut milk and stir until it's fully dissolved.
  3. Open the probiotic capsules and sprinkle the contents into the pot. Stir until well combined.
  4. Close the lid of the Instant Pot and set it to the yogurt setting. Leave it for 8 hours.
  5. After 8 hours, open the lid and stir in the stevia if using.
  6. Pour the yogurt into a container and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
