  1. In a bowl, combine the almond flour, coconut flour, xanthan gum, and salt.

  4. In a pan, cook the ground beef until browned. Add the onion, garlic, and green bell pepper and cook until softened.
  5. Add the cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper to the beef mixture and stir to combine.
  6. Place a spoonful of the beef mixture onto each dough circle and fold over, sealing the edges with a fork.
  7. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
