Low Carb Garlic and Sesame Tofu Bowl[edit | edit source]
A delicious and healthy keto friendly recipe, the Low Carb Garlic and Sesame Tofu Bowl is a perfect meal for those following a low-carb diet. This dish is packed with flavors and is a great source of protein.
Ingredients[edit | edit source]
- 1 block of tofu, extra firm
- 2 tablespoons of sesame oil
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, low sodium
- 1 tablespoon of sesame seeds
- 1 cup of broccoli, steamed
- 1 cup of cauliflower rice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions[edit | edit source]
- Press the tofu to remove excess water and cut into cubes.
- Heat the sesame oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add the tofu cubes to the pan and cook until golden brown on all sides.
- Add the minced garlic to the pan and cook for another minute.
- Add the soy sauce and sesame seeds to the pan and stir to coat the tofu.
- Serve the tofu over a bed of steamed broccoli and cauliflower rice.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
