Low Carb Italian Turkey Plate with Fresh Mozzarella[edit | edit source]
Ingredients[edit | edit source]
- 1 lb turkey breast, sliced
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, fresh
- 1 cup tomato, sliced
- 1/2 cup basil, fresh
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions[edit | edit source]
- Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
- Arrange the turkey slices on a baking sheet.
- Drizzle the turkey with 1 tablespoon of olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Bake the turkey in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until cooked through.
- While the turkey is cooking, slice the tomatoes and mozzarella.
- Arrange the cooked turkey, tomatoes, and mozzarella on a plate.
- Drizzle the remaining olive oil over the top.
- Garnish with fresh basil.
- Serve immediately and enjoy your low carb Italian turkey plate with fresh mozzarella!
