  1. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  2. Arrange the turkey slices on a baking sheet.
  3. Drizzle the turkey with 1 tablespoon of olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Bake the turkey in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until cooked through.
  5. While the turkey is cooking, slice the tomatoes and mozzarella.
  6. Arrange the cooked turkey, tomatoes, and mozzarella on a plate.
  7. Drizzle the remaining olive oil over the top.
  8. Garnish with fresh basil.
