Low Carb Molten Chocolate Cake is a delicious keto friendly dessert that is easy to prepare and perfect for chocolate lovers. This recipe serves 2.
Ingredients[edit | edit source]
- 2 ounces of dark chocolate
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 1/4 cup of erythritol
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon of almond flour
- 1/4 teaspoon of baking powder
- A pinch of salt
Instructions[edit | edit source]
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the dark chocolate and butter together.
- Stir in the erythritol until well combined.
- Beat in the egg and vanilla extract.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the almond flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the chocolate mixture, stirring until just combined.
- Pour the batter into two greased ramekins.
- Bake for 12-14 minutes, or until the edges are set but the center is still slightly jiggly.
- Let the cakes cool for a few minutes before serving.
