Low Carb Mug Bread is a quick and easy keto friendly recipe that can be prepared in just a few minutes. It's perfect for those on a low carb diet or anyone who wants a healthy, delicious bread alternative.

- 1/4 cup Almond Flour
- 1/2 teaspoon Baking Powder
- 1 large Egg
- 1/2 teaspoon Butter
- A pinch of Salt
Instructions[edit | edit source]
- In a microwave-safe mug, melt the butter.
- Add the almond flour, baking powder, and a pinch of salt to the mug and mix well.
- Crack the egg into the mug and stir until the mixture is smooth.
- Microwave the mug for 90 seconds or until the bread is firm to the touch.
- Let the bread cool for a few minutes before removing it from the mug. Slice and serve as desired.
