Low Carb Oven Baked Salmon with Root Vegetables, Green Beans and Hollandaise[edit | edit source]

  1. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit (200 degrees Celsius).
  2. Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. Drizzle the salmon with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Bake the salmon in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked to your liking.
  5. While the salmon is baking, prepare the root vegetables and green beans. Cut the root vegetables into bite-sized pieces and steam them until they are tender. Steam the green beans until they are bright green and crisp-tender.
  6. Prepare the hollandaise sauce according to the package instructions.
  7. Once the salmon is done, remove it from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes.
  8. Serve the salmon with the steamed root vegetables and green beans, and drizzle the hollandaise sauce over the top.
