Low Carb Oven Baked Salmon with Root Vegetables, Green Beans and Hollandaise[edit | edit source]
Ingredients[edit | edit source]
- 4 salmon fillets
- 2 cups of root vegetables (turnips, radishes)
- 1 cup of green beans
- 1 cup of hollandaise sauce
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions[edit | edit source]
- Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit (200 degrees Celsius).
- Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Drizzle the salmon with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Bake the salmon in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked to your liking.
- While the salmon is baking, prepare the root vegetables and green beans. Cut the root vegetables into bite-sized pieces and steam them until they are tender. Steam the green beans until they are bright green and crisp-tender.
- Prepare the hollandaise sauce according to the package instructions.
- Once the salmon is done, remove it from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes.
- Serve the salmon with the steamed root vegetables and green beans, and drizzle the hollandaise sauce over the top.
