Low Carb Ranch Dressing is a delicious, keto-friendly alternative to traditional ranch dressing. It's perfect for salads, dipping vegetables, or as a sauce for your favorite keto meals.
Ingredients[edit | edit source]
- 1 cup of Mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup of Sour Cream
- 1/4 cup of Fresh Parsley, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon of Dill Weed, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon of Chives, finely chopped
- 1 clove of Garlic, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon of Onion Powder
- 1/4 teaspoon of Salt
- 1/4 teaspoon of Pepper
- 2-3 tablespoons of Water (optional, for thinning)
Instructions[edit | edit source]
- In a medium bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sour cream, parsley, dill weed, chives, garlic, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until well mixed.
- If desired, add water 1 tablespoon at a time until the dressing reaches your preferred consistency.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to allow the flavors to meld together.
- Stir well before serving. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
