Instructions[edit | edit source]

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (392°F).
  2. Season the chicken legs with salt and pepper.
  3. Place the chicken legs on a baking tray.
  4. In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
  5. Add the minced garlic to the melted butter and sauté until fragrant.
  6. Pour the garlic butter over the chicken legs.
  7. Scatter the cherry tomatoes around the chicken legs on the baking tray.
  8. Roast in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the tomatoes are blistered.
  9. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
