Low Carb Salmon Poke Bowl with Zoodles is a delicious and healthy keto friendly recipe. This dish is packed with protein from the salmon, and the zoodles (zucchini noodles) provide a low carb alternative to traditional rice.

  3. Dice the avocado and chop the green onions.
  4. Once the salmon has marinated, assemble the poke bowls. Start with a base of zoodles, then top with the marinated salmon, diced avocado, and chopped green onions.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste, and sprinkle with additional sesame seeds if desired.
