Low Carb Sashimi Salad with Sriracha Mayo[edit | edit source]
Ingredients[edit | edit source]
- 200g of Sashimi grade fish (tuna, salmon, etc.)
- 1 cup of mixed Salad Greens
- 1/2 Avocado, sliced
- 1/4 cup of Cucumber, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup of Radish, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup of Red Onion, thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon of Sesame Seeds
- 2 tablespoons of Soy Sauce
- 1 tablespoon of Rice Vinegar
- 1 tablespoon of Sesame Oil
- 1 tablespoon of Sriracha Sauce
- 1/4 cup of Mayonnaise
Instructions[edit | edit source]
- Slice the sashimi grade fish into thin slices.
- In a large bowl, combine the salad greens, avocado, cucumber, radish, and red onion.
- In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, sriracha sauce, and mayonnaise to make the sriracha mayo.
- Drizzle the sriracha mayo over the salad and toss to combine.
- Top the salad with the sliced sashimi and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
