Low Carb Strawberry Cream Gummies are a delicious and healthy snack that is perfect for those following a keto diet. They are easy to make and are packed with flavor.
Ingredients[edit | edit source]
- 1 cup of strawberries
- 1/2 cup of heavy cream
- 1/4 cup of erythritol
- 1 tablespoon of gelatin
- 1/2 cup of water
Instructions[edit | edit source]
- Wash and hull the strawberries.
- Blend the strawberries, heavy cream, and erythritol in a blender until smooth.
- In a small saucepan, sprinkle the gelatin over the water and let it sit for a few minutes to soften.
- Heat the gelatin mixture over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the gelatin is fully dissolved.
- Remove the saucepan from the heat and stir in the strawberry mixture.
- Pour the mixture into a silicone mold and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until the gummies are set.
- Once set, remove the gummies from the mold and store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
