A delicious and refreshing Low Carb Strawberry Smoothie that is perfect for a quick breakfast or snack. This smoothie is keto-friendly and packed with nutrients.
Ingredients[edit | edit source]
- 1 cup of fresh strawberries
- 1/2 cup of unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 cup of plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon of chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon of erythritol or other keto friendly sweetener
- 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract

- Wash and hull the strawberries.
- Add all ingredients to a blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.
