Low Carb Stuffed Cabbage Rolls are a delicious and healthy option for those following a keto diet. This recipe is packed with protein and fiber, and is low in carbs, making it a perfect meal for those on a ketogenic diet.

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. In a large pot of boiling water, blanch the cabbage leaves until they are soft and pliable, about 2-3 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, onion, egg, almond flour, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Mix until well combined.
  4. Place a portion of the meat mixture in the center of each cabbage leaf. Roll up the leaf, tucking in the sides as you go.
  5. Place the cabbage rolls seam-side down in a baking dish. Pour the tomato sauce and water over the rolls.
  6. Cover the dish with foil and bake for 1 hour, or until the cabbage is tender and the meat is cooked through.
