Low Carb Vegetable Soup with Fennel and Celery Root[edit | edit source]

This is a delicious and healthy keto friendly recipe for a low carb vegetable soup featuring fennel and celery root. It's easy to prepare and packed with nutrients, making it a perfect choice for those following a ketogenic diet.

  3. Pour in the chicken broth and bring the mixture to a boil. Reduce the heat to low and let the soup simmer for about 20 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender.
  4. Season the soup with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
