Marinated cauliflower is a delicious and healthy keto friendly recipe. It's easy to prepare and packed with flavors.

  1. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic, salt, black pepper, red pepper flakes, apple cider vinegar, and lemon juice.
  3. Add the cauliflower florets to the bowl and toss until well coated.
  4. Spread the cauliflower on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  5. Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cauliflower is tender and slightly browned.
  6. Sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
