Marinated cauliflower is a delicious and healthy keto friendly recipe. It's easy to prepare and packed with flavors.
Ingredients[edit | edit source]
- 1 large cauliflower, cut into florets
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions[edit | edit source]
- Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
- In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic, salt, black pepper, red pepper flakes, apple cider vinegar, and lemon juice.
- Add the cauliflower florets to the bowl and toss until well coated.
- Spread the cauliflower on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cauliflower is tender and slightly browned.
- Sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
