Mild Curry Seasoning (Keto Friendly)[edit | edit source]

  1. In a dry skillet over medium heat, toast the coriander seeds, cumin seeds, fenugreek seeds, and mustard seeds until they start to pop and become fragrant. This should take about 2-3 minutes.
  2. Transfer the toasted spices to a spice grinder or a mortar and pestle. Add the black peppercorns and grind everything together until it forms a fine powder.
  3. In a small bowl, combine the ground spices with the turmeric powder, cayenne pepper, and ground ginger. Mix well until all the spices are evenly distributed.
  4. Store the mild curry seasoning in an airtight container in a cool, dry place. It can be used immediately or stored for up to 6 months.
