Minute Hollandaise
Minute Hollandaise is a quick and easy keto-friendly recipe that can be prepared in just a few minutes. It's a perfect sauce for your favorite keto meals, such as grilled fish, steamed vegetables, or poached eggs.

- 3 egg yolks
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- Salt and pepper to taste

- In a blender, combine the egg yolks and lemon juice. Blend until the mixture is frothy.
- Slowly add the melted butter to the blender while it's running. Continue blending until the sauce is thick and creamy.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve immediately over your favorite keto meal.
