A quick and easy Keto friendly recipe for a creamy and tangy Minute Hollandaise Sauce. This sauce is perfect for drizzling over vegetables, fish, or your favorite breakfast dishes.
Ingredients[edit | edit source]
- 3 egg yolks
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions[edit | edit source]
- In a blender, combine the egg yolks and lemon juice. Blend until the mixture is light in color.
- Slowly add the melted butter to the blender while it is running. Continue to blend until the sauce is thick and creamy.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
