A quick and easy Keto friendly recipe for a creamy and tangy Minute Hollandaise Sauce. This sauce is perfect for drizzling over vegetables, fish, or your favorite breakfast dishes.

Ingredients[edit | edit source]

  • 3 egg yolks
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions[edit | edit source]

  1. In a blender, combine the egg yolks and lemon juice. Blend until the mixture is light in color.
  2. Slowly add the melted butter to the blender while it is running. Continue to blend until the sauce is thick and creamy.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Serve immediately over your favorite dishes.
