No Bean Keto Chili[edit | edit source]
No Bean Keto Chili is a delicious, low-carb alternative to traditional chili. It's packed with protein and flavor, and is perfect for those following a keto diet.
Ingredients[edit | edit source]
- 2 lbs of ground beef
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped
- 1 can of diced tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons of chili powder
- 1 tablespoon of cumin
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1/2 cup of beef broth
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
Instructions[edit | edit source]
- Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add the ground beef and cook until browned.
- Remove the beef from the pot and set aside.
- In the same pot, add the onion, garlic, and bell peppers. Cook until softened.
- Return the beef to the pot and add the diced tomatoes, chili powder, cumin, salt, and black pepper.
- Stir in the beef broth and bring to a simmer.
- Reduce the heat to low and let the chili simmer for 30 minutes.
- Serve hot and enjoy your No Bean Keto Chili!
