Old Fashioned Keto Cake Donuts[edit | edit source]

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a donut pan.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the almond flour, erythritol, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, melted butter, vanilla extract, and almond milk.
  4. Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, stirring until well combined.
  5. Add the nutmeg and stir until evenly distributed.
  6. Spoon the batter into the donut pan, filling each cavity about 3/4 full.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the donuts are golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  8. Allow the donuts to cool in the pan for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
