One Pan Salmon with Crispy Herb and Walnut Crust[edit | edit source]
Ingredients[edit | edit source]
- 4 salmon fillets
- 1 cup of walnuts, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons of fresh parsley, chopped
- 2 tablespoons of fresh dill, chopped
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions[edit | edit source]
- Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit (200 degrees Celsius).
- Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, combine the chopped walnuts, parsley, dill, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the walnut mixture evenly over the top of each salmon fillet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked to your liking and the walnut crust is crispy.
