Orange Braised Pork (Keto Friendly)[edit | edit source]

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the pork chunks and brown on all sides. Remove the pork and set aside.
  2. In the same pot, add the onion and garlic. Cook until the onion is translucent.
  3. Add the orange zest and juice, chicken broth, salt, and pepper to the pot. Stir to combine.
  4. Return the pork to the pot. Cover and simmer for 2-3 hours, or until the pork is tender and the flavors are well combined.
  5. Serve the orange braised pork with your favorite keto-friendly sides.
