This is a delicious and easy-to-make keto friendly recipe for Oven Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Parmesan Cheese. It's a perfect side dish for any meal and is packed with nutrients.
Ingredients[edit | edit source]
- 1 lb of Brussels sprouts
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions[edit | edit source]
- Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Clean the Brussels sprouts and cut them in half.
- In a large bowl, toss the Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the Brussels sprouts out on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Roast in the oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until the Brussels sprouts are tender and slightly browned.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle with the grated Parmesan cheese.
- Return to the oven for another 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and slightly crispy.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
