Parmesan Crusted Salmon Bake with Asparagus[edit | edit source]
Ingredients[edit | edit source]
- 4 Salmon fillets
- 1 bunch of Asparagus
- 1 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon of Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of Garlic powder
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions[edit | edit source]
- Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit (200 degrees Celsius).
- Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, mix together the grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Brush each salmon fillet with olive oil, then evenly distribute the Parmesan mixture on top.
- Arrange the asparagus around the salmon on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and the asparagus is tender.
