Pepper Crusted Beef Tenderloin with Herbed Steak Sauce is a delicious and keto-friendly dish that is perfect for a special occasion or a fancy dinner at home. The beef tenderloin is coated with a flavorful pepper crust and served with a rich, herbed steak sauce.

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
  2. Season the beef tenderloin with the black pepper and sea salt.
  3. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the beef and sear on all sides until browned.
  4. Transfer the beef to a roasting pan and roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until it reaches your desired level of doneness.
  5. While the beef is roasting, make the herbed steak sauce. In the same skillet, add the red wine and beef broth. Bring to a simmer and cook until reduced by half.
  6. Add the butter, rosemary, thyme, and garlic to the skillet. Cook until the butter is melted and the sauce is thickened.
  7. Slice the beef tenderloin and serve with the herbed steak sauce.
